WEEK 2: MMA Summer Smash!
If you want your child to develop a love for fitness and a healthy lifestyle, our second week of summer camp is the perfect choice. Our focus on MMA and fitness will give your child the opportunity to build their strength, endurance, and overall physical fitness.
We will teach your child the fundamentals of MMA,Fitness challenges, team-building activities and games to promote camaraderie and sportsmanship, fun grappling games and drills , Awards ceremony to celebrate and recognize each child's achievements throughout the week
Surprise event to cap off the week on a high note!They'll also learn valuable fitness techniques that will help them stay healthy and active all year round.
And just like in our first week, we offer early drop off and late pick up for busy parents. Plus, your child will have the chance to earn rank advancement and receive a free t-shirt.
