Our facility is located in the heart of the Lakewood Ranch business district, designed to provide a clean, professional, and high-energy training environment.

  • The Landmark: We are conveniently located at The Courtyards at Market Square, just off University Parkway.


  • Pro Tip: We are only one minute from San Marco Plaza and Main Street. Look for us in the same complex as Elite IV Hydration—we are tucked into the back corner of the courtyard to provide a private, focused training space.

📋 Get Ready To Have Fun


1. Arrive Early

Please arrive 10 minutes before class. This allows our team to give you a tour of the facility, introduce you to your training partners, and ensure you’re comfortable before we begin.


2. Attire

Wear comfortable athletic clothing (shorts without zippers and a fitted t-shirt or rashguard).


We maintain a clean, safe environment. Please wear sandals or slip-on (or easy on/off) shoes to the academy, as shoes are not allowed on the mats.


Don't worry about your fitness level or experience; our beginner-friendly approach ensures you’ll feel right at home from the first bow.
