  • The Sweet Spot: We are located right off RT 130. It is a grey building with BLUE CAPPING


  • Detailed Directions: We are accessible only on the Northbound side of RT 130 if you are coming from the other way, there is a U-Turn a few minutes ahead by the firehouse.

📋 Preparation: What to Expect

To ensure you get the most out of your first session with our instructors, please follow these guidelines:


1. Arrive Early

Please arrive 10 minutes before class. This allows our team to give you a tour of the facility, introduce you to your training partners, and ensure you’re comfortable before we begin.


2. Attire

Wear comfortable athletic clothing (shorts without zippers and a fitted t-shirt or rashguard).


We maintain a clean, safe environment. Please wear sandals or slip-on (or easy on/off) shoes to the academy, as shoes are not allowed on the mats.


Whether you're here for fitness, self-defense, or to "move like a pro," remember that everyone on the mats—from white belt to black belt—started exactly where you are today.
